Our small, local olive orchard situated on the west side of Paso Robles, California includes a mixture of Tuscan and Spanish varieties which we blend together to create this Award-winning estate oil.
About our Olive orchard
- Planted in 2002.
- Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Includes a blend of the following Tuscan (Italian) varieties: Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendalino; Spanish varieties: Manzanilla and Arbequina; and U.S. varieties: Mission and Lucca.
- Olives are hand harvested and milled locally.
- Awarded Bronze medal in the 2018 Central Coast Olive Oil Competition under the Frantoio & Leccino Extra Virgin Blends.
- We utilize the following sustainable agriculture practices: plant annual cover crop; reduced tillage; dry farm mature trees; irrigate young trees with collected rain water; orchard spacing designed for optimal air and sunlight circulation; annual introduction of beneficial insects; and organically acceptable methods for pest control.
