Our small, local olive orchard situated on the west side of Paso Robles, California includes a mixture of Tuscan and Spanish varieties which we blend together to create this Award-winning estate oil.


About our Olive orchard

  • Planted in 2002.

  • Certified in 2019 by the California Olive Oil Council as Extra Virgin. According to the council this means that the “oil’s chemistry has met or exceeded specific parameters that indicate the careful handling and storage of the olives and oil”. View the certificate. Read the report.

  • Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Includes a blend of the following Tuscan (Italian) varieties: Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendalino; Spanish varieties: Manzanilla and Arbequina; and U.S. varieties: Mission and Lucca.

  • Olives are hand harvested and milled locally.

  • We utilize the following sustainable agriculture practices: plant annual cover crop; reduced tillage; dry farm mature trees; irrigate young trees with collected rain water; orchard spacing designed for optimal air and sunlight circulation; annual introduction of beneficial insects; and organically acceptable methods for pest control.
