2025 harvest completed on November 22, 2025—the yield for 2025 was low, but the fruit was beautiful and the extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) created is excellent. Due to the low yield, we will likely sell out quickly, so order your EVOO soon before it’s all gone. We currently have 250mL bottles and 500mL bottles for sale.

New York International Olive Oil Competition 2021 GOLD Award

Out of 1,100 extra virgin olive oils submitted from 28 countries, AND with only 23 Gold medals awarded in the U.S., Barton Olive Oil Company won a Gold award for our 2020 extra virgin olive oil!

Barton Olive Oil Company extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is tested annually by Eurofins Analytical Laboratories, Inc. to ensure our EVOO meets international, California and USDA standards for EVOO. Each harvest is tested for moisture & volatiles, acid values, peroxide, absorbance, delta K and sensory values—and each year our EVOO is accredited and within range for EVOO standards—and with harmony balances ranging between 6.6-8 and total polyphenol values exceeding 500 mg/kg—which is excellent!
